[CQ-Contest] Pulsing sig

Last night during NAQP had a very strong pulsing signal show up on 7056 and
7045.  One second on one second off.  Not there this morning.  It was s9.
Looking back I had similar on 20m yesterday also but not too strong.  Just
thought it was malicious interference on 20m at the time.

Ideas?
