Sorry, He would need to use KO1A as his call in order to be compliant. But he did not.
Why would he not use KO1A as required?

That one was easy. Look up the callsign on qrz.com<http://qrz.com>, then do a name search. It also brings up KO1A.

Sure, just an example, IZ3EYZ operating as KE5JSY from likely a third station location in the US. (not KE5JSY - although this is quite unclear) Its simply recent and relevant to WRTC qualification.
