[CQ-Contest] RBN Analysis using Tableau

Hi All,

I wanted to share some RBN analysis using Tableau - a really powerful 
tool that I highly recommend.

During CQ WPX CW 2021, the following was used:

  * 3V8SS Station - Sousse city - Tribander @15m (10/15/20), Phased
    Verticals (40), 15m Inv-L (80/160)
  * 3V8SS RBN Node - Sfax city (130km south) - Redpitaya: 4m Vertical
    (10/15/20), 17m Inv-L (40/80/160)

The 3V8SS RBN Telnet stream was exclusively used for spot assistance. 
MANY stations appearing on the band plan couldn't even be heard at 
3V8SS. It is true that the RBN is located outside the city but it's also 
further south.
