[CQ-Contest] UBA Log to LOTW

When I tried to upload my UBA DX CW log to LOTW with TQSL, I got an 
error: Invalid Callsign (599). The problem was in CONTEST: UBA-DX-CW. 
Apparently, the dashes confused TQSL. Changing it to UBA_DX_CW solved 
the problem. I don't know, however, whether one can submit the log to 
the sponsors that way. I submitted it with the dashes.
