Hi Mike,
With all due respect, if you want to debate about the contest rules, try to enter into the CQ WW Contest Committee ! In this way you'll give "some" of your time to the contest community (but it's a little harder than criticizing...). My comment t is also valid for Jim K9YC ;-)
