[CQ-Contest] Spoofed Self spots

I did a quick search just now and don't see any self spots for me (I was
unassisted) but do see one for one of the members of the Maritime Contest
Club.  I know this guy well enough to say that chances are a snowball in
that warm place nobody wants to go to that he self spotted in a contest, so,
yeah, there was apparently someone going around making a mess it seems.
