[CQ-Contest] Spoofed Self spots

I am pretty sure the results of the contest would not support the 
statement that most of the people who do not live in the Atlantic basin 
are turned off by CQWW.

At the least, it it would be dependent on how it is being measured.  I'd 
like to be a fly on the wall of that peer-review.
