[CQ-Contest] N1MM Setting for Avoiding Zero Beat

I think this Randomizer feature is fantastic. But wish one could make it 
work slightly different.

I would LOVE to see it do this, if you clicked on a spot your RX would 
be dead on to the RX freq, but it would do the randomizer on your TX freq.

Possible?
