[CQ-Contest] Working Split in Contests

Speaking of UP, this is a true story that goes back about 20 years:

There was a sizable pileup on 40m CW and the DX wasn't working split.  At
one point, he sent "2UP?"
The pileup QSYed, I called again on freq and he came right back to me.
