[CQ-Contest] Bandpass Filters

Thanks to everyone who responded. Looks like the Array Solutions 
FilterMax IV is the clear choice. I had no comments at all about the 
SureFire BF-100 or the DX Enginerring DXE-419-P so those appear to not 
be in use by anyone.
