Silver 25th Anniversary Special Event Award-

2022 FQP Silver Spelling Bee!

In honor of the 25th FQP Anniversary, we will have a total of *25 special
1x1 stations, listed below*, with one suffix for each letter of the
alphabet *except the letter X (FCC regulation)*. There are a total of 21
SSB and 21 CW stations active; please see list of stations below.

The *FQP SILVER SPELLING BEE* is a 1x1 Sweep and endorsed for either Mixed
or CW or SSB modes.

*How to Play:*

   1.
*Mixed Mode Endorsement (Mixed, CW and SSB entrants are eligible): *Contact
all 25 of the 1x1 stations to earn this endorsement. You will need to
operate both modes to do this.

*Note*: If you are a *single mode entry* (CW or SSB) then please submit a
separate checklog for the extra four 1x1’s on the other mode.

*Example**: *K9CT is a CW-only entry and works the 21 CW/Mixed stations on
CW, but also works the four SSB-only 1x1’s (N4D, N4H, N4L and N4V). To
earn the Mixed Mode Endorsement, Craig will submit both his normal CW entry
*and* a SSB checklog that includes these 4 QSO’s.

Similarly, a SSB-only entry would work the 21 SSB/Mixed stations on SSB,
plus the four CW-only (1x1’s (N4C, N4J, N4Q and N4Z) and submit the SSB log
as usual plus a CW checklog that includes these 4 QSO’s.

   1. *CW or SSB Mode Endorsement (Mixed, CW and SSB entrants are
   eligible):*
Contact *all 21* of the 1x1 stations on a single mode to earn this
   endorsement.

a) CW entries who contact all 21 CW and Mixed 1x1’s *on CW* earn the
award.

b) SSB entries who contact all 21 SSB and Mixed entries *on SSB* earn
the award.

c) Mixed mode entries who contact *either* the 21 CW *or* the 21 SSB
1x1’s earn the award.
*Note*: If a Mixed entrant works all 25 1x1’s, they are awarded a Mixed
Endorsement.

These stations should be very accessible. QSL these 1x1 calls active in FQP
via KU9C direct or via LogBook of The World (LoTW).
