[CQ-Contest] Single band rule WPX RTTY

or anywhere else on this website. I'm supposed to know to look at another
contest website and apply the same FAQ here?

Of course going from QRP to high power doesn't invalidate QSOs - that's the
point!

In the absence of a rule against asking stations to QSY, changing your mind
and entering single band after starting all-band also wouldn't invalidate
QSOs. (Assuming an all-band station would ask for QSYs, because why
wouldn't they?)
