[CQ-Contest] IARU HF or WRTC training scoreboards in 2022

We have provided a special WRTC testing scoreboard for the IARU HF 2022:

Our scoring server can recognize WRTC multipliers (DXCC and HQ) vs IARU
scoring (ITU zone and HQ) and to split them to two different boards:

*WRTC*: https://contestonlinescore.com/scoreboard/?contest_id=10
*IARU HF*: https://contestonlinescore.com/scoreboard/?contest_id=11

There is an issue with all the current loggers since all of them are using
the same scoring Contest ID for both contests - IARU-HF. I guess that has
been done before WRTC in Boston when KM3T boxes were programmed with that
contest id.  That's why any WRTC contest log will be published on the IARU
HF scoreboard by default. Once some Q's will be added to the log we can see
WRTC mults so all the postings will be forwarded to the WRTC scoreboard.

Please test it out before the contest.
