[CQ-Contest] New VHF Contest Aug 12-14

A new contest has been announced for VHFers. The North American Meteor
Scatter Sprint will take place Aug 12-14 during the Perseids Meteor 
Shower. Contacts may be made ONLY using MSK144 or FSK441, and must be 
actual MS contacts (enforced by long and short distance limits). Rules
