[CQ-Contest] Effect of daylight savings on 160 meter contests

Well, it would change the times that people would find the band openings.
It wouldn't change band conditions.

That wouldn't bother me so much. What WILL bother me is not seeing the sun
rise until 8:15 am in late December. I don't want to go to work in the dark.
