[CQ-Contest] Missing E-mail Addresses

The shoe salesman has to do a lot to get to your email address

For example, QRZ:

   - He has to be a member
   - He has to have a callsign to look up
   - He has to mouse over the e-maill address in order to see it.
   Non-members cannot do this.


I don't think the shoe salesman would make it through all that. Plus, it is
a lot of stuff to do just for one address. I think he would spend his time
and effort on a list that he would have to buy from another source.
