[CQ-Contest] 3830 at contesting.com terminating 12/31/2023

As announced earlier this month, lists.contesting.com mailing list 
'3830' (also known as 3830 at contesting.com) will cease operation on 
12/31/2023 on or around 2359Z. Thanks to those who provided feedback but 
there is nearly unanimous agreement that it doesn't make sense to 
continue to deliver every single score announcement to so many email 
recipients.

Bruce Horn WA7BNM's 3830scores.com (https://3830scores.com) will 
continue to be the go-to place to post your contest scores. Bruce has 
added the capability to view scores by time of arrival, giving you most 
of the same utility that the 3830 at contesting.com list provided. The 
3830 at contesting.com web archives will continue to provide historical 
data (for scores posted before 01/01/2024) at:
