[CQ-Contest] 3th EUDX CONTEST Invitation

I was in this for a couple of hours this morning and 160 Qs on 10, 15 
and 20.  Good activity, lots of good ops.  Only problem was conflict 
with some FOC event, but after a while the ops in both seemed to realize 
that they could coexist by signing EU or FOC.  I hope it prospers - good 
warmup for the ARRL CW test.
