[CQ-Contest] ARRLDX Single Operator Records have been Eliminated!

I inquired about this last week, and W5OV immediately replied that this
will be fixed once they move the contest site to a new platform within the
next month.

W5OV is the managing ARRL official and he was very clear: "This is going to
be addressed as soon as we move all of our contesting to “the cloud” which
is going to happen shortly.... We’re hoping to clean this up once we’re on
the new platform and have a lot more flexibility."
