After reading the RU rules it appears that you can now spot?  This wording
was not in the 2022 Sweepstakes rules.

HCAT.2. Single Operator Unlimited (SOU)
HCAT.2.2. Only one transmitted signal is permitted at any time, not
including transmissions on a spotting net or network
