[CQ-Contest] K3 SO2V contesting question

I've done SO2V with my 2 RX-equipped K3, essentially the way AB7E describes. But, I've had issues in other uses of the delay character in those macros and I didn't trust it for my setup which requires a tuner setting change on my KPA amp when making band changes - felt like I was running too high a risk of hot switching, unless I put in really long delays and then it just felt too slow.
