[CQ-Contest] RSGB FT4 Series

On Monday 7/17 the RSGB will be sponsoring an FT4 contest from 1900-2030Z.
Its a 20/40/80m contest, so for NA is mostly a 20m affair.  There are NA
stations on 40m, though, so Qs there are also possible.

I've played in quite a few of these, and its a fun 90 minutes.
