[CQ-Contest] WRTC Competitor loggers 2014, 2018, 2022

I suspect that's right, not merely sarcasm.  If you assume that the 
competitors represent the most serious segment of our hobby, then it 
doesn't seem likely that cost on the order of what Win-Test gets would 
be a significant factor in their choices.
