[CQ-Contest] Hope Hotel reservation problems

Jeff is spot on about Hope - it’s a business travel hotel and one designed to serve contractors and overflow DoD personnel who can’t get on base accommodations at the base “hotel”.  Double occupancy rooms are in very low demand at this location.
