[CQ-Contest] Time Stands Still At WWV

Not sure who exactly runs the service, but when I was out in the Florida QSO Party on Saturday I was wondering if there had been some solar activity affecting propagation. So I called the WWV number - (303) 497-3235 - to hear what was happening. I got  "Solar Terrestrial conditions for 3 March . . .   "    Which is still what it gives this morning.
Any idea what's up, or not up?
