[CQ-Contest] How to submit ARRL SS overlay entry?

You guys are seemingly fairly concerned about a small subset of antenna
overlays yet I have been trying for nearly 11 months to get the ARRL to show
NB & NS results for all contests in 2023.

 

I'll be on waving the NB flag in SS this weekend, even though I wonder if my
results will ever get tossed into a NB category or remain in MAR forever.
