[CQ-Contest] How to submit ARRL SS overlay entry?

The ARRL contest manager N1SFE has been out of the office for a while and
W9JJ has been filling in.   I think "wires" is a great overlay for stations
with no beams!  I am not sure why N1MM needs to do anything, I have operated
the "Classic" overlay several times in the CQ WPX contest and did nothing
different with Writelog.  I just selected the overlay on the website when
submitting my log.
