[CQ-Contest] V31XX Station available for CQWWDX CW

I will not be doing the CQWWDX CW this year.  The station is available for rent that week.  No problem getting a call, mine can be used.  If interested, drop me an email.  Home is 3BR/2Bath fully furnished.  Station is about 1.5 hours north from the Belize City Airport.
Station is also available all of December...(ARRL 10 meter contest?)
