[CQ-Contest] CQ WW Rate Record

Boy, it would be interesting to know who a few more (maybe top 10 by 
rate) of the runners-up were.  I don't normally contest on SSB, but did 
so for a few hours this past weekend, and was amazed by the range of 
techniques and resulting rates that I heard.  Aside from rag-chewers 
obviously astray in a contest, almost by mistake, there was maybe 2 or 
3:1 difference in the minimum time per QSO exhibited by different 
runners.  The best were really impressive.  Truly amazing for Manu, who 
I am guessing is not a native English speaker.
