Whether you post to COSB, contest.run or the scoredistributor, both scoreboards have access to all of the posted scores. Some small contests or geographically regional contests are only supported by one scoreboard or the other. Their features and presentation is what differentiates them.

Some of the big contesters guys or team are using www.contest.run  for 
online score publishing.
