[CQ-Contest] On Line Scoreboad

cq is private and promotes contests.

To do contests you have to follow the rules, everything else is optional.
You can eat in the radio room or in the dining room with the family, you
can get up and go to the bathroom or do it in the radio chair, you can use
scoreboard or not
