[CQ-Contest] CWT Virus has spread to ARRL 10M - WPX next?

Not a fan of cut numbers in serial numbers.  I doubt any contest sponsor 
would attempt to ban the practice.  At the expense of your score you 
could choose not to log cut number contacts or continually ask for 
repeats until real numbers are sent or not.
