[CQ-Contest] Self spot in ARRL DX

So N1MM+ added the self-spotting feature to go along with the newer ARRL
rules.  I wonder of other popular loggers like DXLog did this?

I am one of the few still using Writelog and it's an old version which
obviously does not self-spot.
