[CQ-Contest] First IARU HF Championship

I remember in the 80s it was called the IARU Radiosport, it was 48 hours long, and 6, 2m and 70cm was included.  HQ stations were not separate mults either.  Not sure when it changed to its current format.  It was in its current format by 1993.
