[CQ-Contest] First IARU HF Championship

Hi All,

Thanks a lot for the responses.

After serious data mining found probably a QST from 1979 where the 
article referred the contest as 3rd annual IARU Radiosport Championship. 
So the first was in 1977.

CU in couple of days in the contest.
