[CQ-Contest] Was "2024 ARRL DX CW Raw Scores - Is the LP Winner from MO - REALLY?

I would be using the Spot Analysis Tool on RBM site.  Pretty strong in Italy for LP Missouri station although I just spent five minutes on an iPhone looking at it.  Needs more evaluation.
