[CQ-Contest] "DX Special" by K1TR for 40M?

Has anyone calculated the dimensions of a "DX Special Antenna" coaxial
resonator match broadband dipole for 40M instead of 80M?  If so I am
interested in knowing the dimensions you arrived at.  The DX Special by Ed
Parsons K1TR appears on page 9-11 of the 17th edition of the ARRL Antenna
Book, however those dimensions ore determined for 80 metres.

 

At one time there was an Antennas Reflector group but it seems to have
disappeared?
