[CQ-Contest] call for RTTY roundup plaque sponsors

The RTTY Roundup results article is almost ready to be published, so there
is still time if you and/or your club would like to sponsor a plaque.

It costs $95 to sponsor a plaque. You'll get recognition in QST, earn the
admiration of your fellow hams, enjoy the warm feeling you get when you
give something back to the community, and receive the appreciation of the
recipient. Talk about a bargain!
