[CQ-Contest] Feb 2024 CW Sprint Top 10 Low Power Scores

As part of squeezing down the contents of the MayJune issue of NCJ to meet page limits, the top 10 Low Power scores and box were omitted from the issue and I failed to catch that at final review. The writeup and the full box will be included in the JulyAugust issue.
Here's the text, not sure the table would make it through:

Ken KØEU and Pat NAØN fought a close battle, with Ken comingin first by just 323 points after Pat gave away too many QSOs in the last hourto overcome Ken’s 3-mult advantage. Lar K7SV took third, just a few hundredpoints back, while Ray WQ5L and Jim W8WTS filled out the top five. Hal W1NN,Ron NØAT and Joe N8EA took the next three spots, with only 4 QSOs and 1multiplier separating their scores. “Bugs” K7SS and Dave N4DW came in 9thand 10th.
