[CQ-Contest] AI for SSB RBN

I really like this idea Dave. It's been a long time coming, especially with
most contests not allowing self-spotting (on SSB-no need on CW/RBN).(ARRL
excepted)

This would have a nice side benefit I just thought of !

All those wide splattery signals with their mic gains set to "11" (Spinal
Tap) and sounding like mush would not get spotted ( or spotted nearly as
often)_until they cleaned up their audio to be intelligible !

Win-Win!

Bring it on.

I can think of at least two possible paths forward.

(1) Apple's Siri, Amazon's Alexa, and Google's Assistant (there are others)
are very good at understanding what I say, as well as what visitors with
various accents say. With proper legal rights to one of these, or to a
similar program, probably little new technology is needed for an SSB RBN
although development would be non-trivial and might be limited to use of an
approved list of phonetics.

(2) Digital voice -- which is more spectrum efficient and clearer -- might
be easier to decode for RBN purposes.
