I once in while gets fake book orders (I have a publishing business and my books may be ordered on my website),  and they always originate from Latvia as well.  Strange.

 

Good that the ISP is being blocked, maybe there ought to be a general messaging function to alert cluster operators (if there isn’t one). Can’t rely on everyone reading CQ-Contest ☹
