[CQ-Contest] NO Plaque for W4 Again

         Good Afternoon New England

                 Hey YCCC and all ya New Englanders and NEQP guys

                 I see a plaque sponsored for EVERY USA call area except

                  W4 again !  Guess I'll

                 have to really get serious after a couple years just 
coasting

                 along, enjoying the scenery and sounds of New England.

                 Good luck to all who participate this year. A fun time 
for sure.
