[CQ-Contest] NO Plaque for W4 Again

Please keep in mind that someone has to sponsor each plaque - $$$$. Who do you know that would want to put upon the money to sponsor a W4 plaque? Reach out to them. Or maybe sponsor it yourself. If you win it, you could hold a ceremony to present it to yourself - no postage required.
