On 6m we try not to dupe stations especially if the band is really 
open.  If the band is spotlighted then we might work a station to let 
them know they are getting out.

Contests are a different animal.  A dupe could be calling because the 
1st contact was a bust on their end.  I work everyone and move on.  It 
is faster.
