[CQ-Contest] Entering 1x1 Callsigns in 3830Scores

In my support role with the State QSO Party Challenge, I have noticed
3830Scores entries with a 1x1 callsign as the Station Callsign. The Station
Callsign is owner of the station.  Normally a 1x1 call is a Special Event
Callsign and does not own the station. Please give proper credit to the ham
that supplied the radio and other station equipment.

For anyone using a 1X1 callsign,

When you enter your report in 3830Scores,

   - Enter the 1x1 as the Callsign Used.
   - Enter who operated the station as the OP. If you were multi-ops, list
   all others. (The 1x1 is not an op.)
   - Enter who owns the station as the Station Call. (A 1x1 callsign does
   not own the station!)
