I think the OP Alan, K0AV could've done a tiny better explaining what he
wanted as the majority of the responses do not address what I *BELIEVE* he's
asking.

He's free to correct me if I too, am also off the mark. (I think he
should've used the word "competition" not "contest" if I am reading
correctly between the lines.
