[CQ-Contest] Is it time to redraw the CQ zone map?

Funny you should say that.  About a month ago I decided to see how many 
zones and countries I could work on FT8, just for kicks.  I hit a 
hundred countries and 39 zones in less than two weeks, and zone 2 is the 
only one I'm still missing.
