[CQ-Contest] repeating Callsigns

To what extend "test" again?

Typically I send my call twice followed by "test" when running.
Otherwise it is not obvious that I am active calling in the contest and not calling somebody else.

I usually send my call twice in run as I am QRP. In S&P only once. What I
find a bad habit also is  to send "Test" again  after the call in a CQ.
