[CQ-Contest] In-Band Stations

Good grief.  Are we going to have little games like these on January 1?
Most people who have operated multi-ops in the past 10 or so years knows
that "in band" means a second radio designed to make QSOs when the main run
radio is not transmitting.

Can we end the snark now?
