[CQ-Contest] Contest Dinner sponsored Youth tables

With help from Katie, KE8LQR Contest Dinner is seeking sponsors for
dedicated youth tables at the Contest Dinner in Dayton. Youth hams will be
able to attend at no charge (sponsored). KE8LQR will coordinate attracting
youth hams for this year's Contest dinner event.
